Day 1: Arrive Auckland - Waiheke Island (D)
Haere Mai, Welcome to New Zealand. On arrival at Auckland airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to join your private helicopter flight across Auckland and Auckland's Hauraki Gulf to Waiheke Island, a magical island paradise in the treasure trove of Auckland's Hauraki Gulf islands. Delamore Lodge where you will stay for the next two nights is a unique haven, offering luxury accommodation on Waiheke Island in New Zealand's majestic Hauraki Gulf.

In the late afternoon enjoy a one and a half hour Lithos Massage. Throughout history healers have used rocks all over the world. Imagine receiving a treatment that draws on the wisdom of these ancient traditions in an idyllic setting that is not only blissfully relaxing but is extremely therapeutic as well. Lithos Therapy uses heated and chilled rocks as therapeutic instruments, leaving you feeling more deeply relaxed that you've ever felt before. The rocks are strategically placed and left on parts of the body, the therapist applies the best aromatherapy oils and then begins to massage using the rocks in each stroke. The rocks become an extension of the therapist's hand.

Day 2: Waiheke Island (BL)
This morning is at your leisure to relax and enjoy the luxury of your north-facing suite, which has been specially designed to maximize your enjoyment of the view. Whether you are relaxing in a plump armchair or on the super-king-size bed, soaking in the bath, or lazing in the sun on your private patio, the sea is always directly before you. Just imagine it. You can watch the sun rise without leaving bed.

This afternoon start your privately guided vineyard tour of Waiheke Island at Te Whau Vineyard, where you will enjoy lunch and sample some of the owner's 500+ classic and local vintages Then as you visit three of the Island's best boutique wineries, the secrets of Waiheke's stunning world wide success in fine reds will be revealed. You will come away with a deep appreciation of the vintner's art, and the understanding of terrior, weather and the tides of tradition that make up this fascinating milieu.

Dinner this evening is at your leisure. You may like to experience fine food at a quality restaurant nearby in Oneroa or take the ferry to Auckland city for dinner.

Day 3: Auckland - Rotorua (BD)
After a leisurely breakfast this morning, your hosts will transfer you to join the ferry to Auckland where on arrival you will be met by our representative for your journey to Rotorua today. You travel south along the Southern Motorway to reach the market garden area of Pukekohe and then continue through Hamilton - New Zealand's fourth largest city and the fertile Waikato region to arrive at your destination in the "thermal city" of Rotorua. Then on arrival at Treetops Lodge & Estate, pass through the gates and be transported to another world, time and place. Wind your way up through a New Zealand virgin forest canopy of native flora and arrive at the luxurious lodge.

Day 4: Rotorua (BLD)
This morning your day starts with the dramatic entrance of your private Squirrel helicopter as it lands right outside the conservatory of the resort. Then depart on a one hour "Fault Line Safari" Heli Tour of Waimangu Thermal Reserve, The Wai-o-tapu Thermal Reserve, a tour of the Rotorua lakes including the famous Mt Tarawera and a landing at Mokoia Island before returning to Lake Tarawera. Here you will meet with Clearwater Charters Cruising and enjoy a gourmet lunch on the lakes crystal clear waters, fringed by native bush and sandy bays. It's the perfect setting for a variety of on-water experiences. Enjoy 2-3 hours private charter on the lake, perhaps a fishing tutorial or a swim at hot water beach before returning to Treetops by road.

Day 5: Rotorua - Queenstown (BD)
This morning transfer to Rotorua airport where you join your scheduled flight to Queenstown today. On arrival into Queenstown you will be met by your hosts from Matakauri Lodge and taken to your accommodation. Nestled in native bush overlooking Lake Wakatipu, the lodge is one of the worlds most private and serene vacations retreats. On arrival, enjoy the afternoon relaxing in this pristine environment.

Day 6: Queenstown (BLD)
Relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast today before departing late this morning for a relaxed and informative day out in the company of a senior wine tour guide. During today's tour you will get to taste a selection of some of the regions premium cool climate wines whilst visiting some of the best vineyards in the Queenstown region as you visit four vineyards in Gibbston Valley and Bannockburn with lunch at a vineyard, The selection of vineyards varies seasonally and a chosen based on the quality of wines, vineyard ambience, availability of wines and opening hours.

Day 7: Queenstown (BD)
Today is at leisure to relax or explore Queenstown. Whether it's bungy jumping, white-water rafting, heli-skiing, fly-fishing, hang gliding, horseriding, jetboating or scenic flights, you will find thrills and excitement in every way imaginable. Meanwhile, other activities such as exploring historic Arrowtown, scenic walks, ecotours, shopping, galleries, cafes and an exciting nightlife provide something for everyone all year round.

Day 8: Queenstown - Christchurch (BD)
This morning depart Queenstown and travel through the historic Central Otago region before arriving at the small town of Twizel. Then continue north to arrive at Lake Tekapo before crossing the fertile Canterbury plains to arrive in the Garden City of Christchurch. On arrival, you will be taken to your accommodation, where the remainder of the day is at your leisure.

Day 9: Christchurch (BD)
Today is at leisure to relax or explore Christchurch and its surrounds. There are some things that you just can't leave the region without seeing. Whether it's a stroll around the historic Arts Centre, just a few steps from the hotel, an exhilarating tour of the unique Antarctic Centre or a day trip on the world renowned Tranz Alpine train journey, each adventure will all be a memorable highlight of your visit to the Christchurch & Canterbury region.

Day 10: Christchurch (B)
