Day 1: Arrive Auckland - Northland
On arrival at Auckland airport, you will be met by our representative
for your travel to Matauri Bay today (self drive passengers collect
your car on arrival). then depart Auckland and cross the Harbour
Bridge before travelling through the northern suburbs of Auckland
with the beach side homes of the Hibiscus Coast to the east, and
the bush-covered Waitakere Ranges out to the west. Enroute perhaps
marvel at the magnificence of the protected Kauri Tree at the Parry
Kauri Park and enjoy spectacular scenery of native forests and sub-tropical
bush as you make your way to Matauri Bay and reach your destination
of Kauri Cliffs.

2: Northland - Auckland (B)
Today enjoy a round of golf at Kauri Cliffs on their Par 72 course.
The Championship Golf Course measures 7,125 yards/6,412 metres and
offers four sets of tees to challenge every skill level. Fifteen
holes view the Pacific Ocean, six of which are played alongside
cliffs which plunge into the sea. The beautiful inland holes wind
through marsh, forest and farmland. Cart Hire is included. After
your round, relax and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure.

3: Auckland - Whangaparaoa Peninsula (B)
This morning travel to the Whangaparoa Peninsula to enjoy a round
of Golf at the fabulous Gulf Harbour (venue for the 1998 World Cup
of Golf. This 6,400 metre, par 72 golf course is located at Gulf
Harbour on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, just north of Auckland. This
course meanders through native grasses and vegetation and has a
natural look and feel from start to finish. Four sets of tees assure
playability for every calibre of golfer, from beginners to professionals.
Cart hire is included. After your round you the day is at leisure.

4: Whangaparaoa Peninsula - Taupo (B)
This morning depart and travel south to the popular lakeside resort
of Taupo, home to New Zealand’s largest lake and the spectacular
Huka Falls. On arrival enjoy a round of golf on this magnificent
parkland course. Officially opened in 1970, the course lies on 450
acres of natural rolling countryside and was developed to meet the
rigorous design standards required for world class championship
competition. This course with the 6429 metres from the championship
tees and 108 well placed bunkers has lead to world wide acclaim.
Cart Hire is included. This afternoon is at leisure to explore this
lakeside town.

5: Taupo - Wellington (B)
This morning depart Taupo and travel along the shores of Lake Taupo
to Turangi, before travelling over the Desert Road, dominated in
the background by the three peaks of Ruapehu, Ngaurahoe and Tongariro,
to arrive at the small town of Taihape. Continue south through lush
farmland to reach the city of Palmerston North, famous for its agricultural
University, before arriving in the 'Capital City' of Wellington.
Perched on the edge of a spectacular harbour, encircled by green,
towering hills, Wellington is a stunning and compact 'walking city',
vibrant, exciting and cultured the nation's capital combines the
stimulation and sophistication of a big city with the quirkiness
of a charming village.

6: Wellington (B)
This morning travel north along the scenic Kapiti Coast to the Paraparaumu
Beach Golf Course, which because of its qualities as a traditional
links, ranks 71st in the world. The well drained undulating fairways,
fierce rough, fast greens and intimidating bunkers combine with
the naturally windy coastal weather to create a truly challenging
golfing experience. Cart Hire is included. After your round the
remainder of the day is free to enjoy some sightseeing or shopping
in Wellington.

7: Wellington - Queenstown (B)
This morning travel onto Wellington airport for your flight to Queenstown.
On arrival you travel onto your accommodation. Queenstown is the
Southern Hemisphere's premiere four season alpine and lake resort.
Nestled on the shores of Lake Wakatipu and overlooked by the majestic
Remarkables Range, Queenstown is the perfect destination all year
round.

8: Queenstown (B)
This morning enjoy a round of golf on the Course at Millbrook. This
spectacular par 72 championship golf course was designed by New
Zealand's renowned master golfer, Sir Bob Charles. Set amidst a
spectacular alpine amphitheatre, strategic use of water and sand
traps ensure exciting and demanding golf. Cart Hire is included.
After you round, you may wish to pamper yourself in the luxury spa
facilities that the Resort has to offer or alternatively, spend
the rest of the day relaxing or shopping.
Day
9: Queenstown (B)
Today is at leisure to relax or explore Queenstown. Optional activities
available include a day excursion to spectacular Milford Sound,
bungy jumping, jetboating, white water rafting, four wheel driving,
cruising on Lake Wakitipu, riding a gondola to the summit of Bob's
Peak for panoramic views or simply enjoying the excellent shopping
and dining available.

10: Queenstown - Christchurch (B)
This morning depart Queenstown and travel through the historic Central
Otago region before arriving at the small town of Twizel. Continue
north to arrive at Lake Tekapo before crossing the fertile Canterbury
plains to arrive in the Garden City of Christchurch.

11: Christchurch (B)
This morning travel to Terrace Downs Course, located in the foothills
of the Southern Alps. Since completing the awesome 6,500 metre 18-hole
course, Terrace Downs has achieved fulsome praise from golfers of
all abilities and all around the world. The four-position tees,
wide fairways, 70 bunkers and eight lakes are just part of the magic
that can only be experienced by playing 'The Taniwha' as it is known.
(A Maori word for a supernatural being). Cart hire is included.
Day
12: Depart Christchurch (B)
If you have time before your flight today, you have the option of
a round of golf (own expense) at either Clearwater Resort or Russley
Golf Club - both courses are located 5 minutes from the airport.
Then sadly, your holiday is at an end as you travel to the airport
today for your onward flight. Here, we bid you a fond farewell to
your homeland and hope you leave with many happy memories of your
stay in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
